Minor (post generation) modification steps required for fullmoon generated XML Schemas

(1) Manually remove @*:dummy attribute from schemas
(2) Manually remove gml import from schemas that don't use it
(3) Manually add xml schema declaration at the start of each schema file (e.g. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> )
(4) Pretty-print the schemas
